| I made an order last weekend and when I recieved it on Wednesday it had a wrong part in it!!! I immediately emailed them and asked what should I do about it. Today I read an email from them that was apologetic and they were shipping the correct part. What am I supposed to do with the part I didn't want??? They told me to KEEP it!!!!!! What is wrong with them!?!?!?!

11. Takes a good waxing?
12. Driven hard?
13. Smoker?
